Description: Each one-story home has three good-sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a sunny living room, a dining room, kitchen, utility room, and appliances including washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. There is a covered porch entry to the utility/mud room, and a small, covered entry to the living room.
The homes will be cozy and efficient with extra thick insulation, heat pumps, a heat pump water heater, and a back-up generator, as well as some electric baseboard heat. Houses are not furnished. Pets may be allowed at the discretion of CIRT. Large sunny yards – plenty of room for gardens and parking.
Monthly Rent: $1,000
Security Deposit: $1,000
Tenant Responsibilities: Electricity, Internet, shovel snow, mow grass, yard care, propane for generator, trash removal, etc.
